Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your SnapSuited headshots. If you are not satisfied, our 14-day money-back guarantee means you can request a full refund — no lengthy explanations required.

1. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan on SnapSuited and are not satisfied with your AI headshots, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not yet downloaded your high-definition (HD) images.

We believe in the quality of our service. If you do not receive at least 4 profile-worthy headshots, we will refund you in full — regardless of whether you have already downloaded your images (see Section 7: Quality Guarantee Specifics).

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

A refund will be approved when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You purchased a paid SnapSuited plan ($39, $49, or $69 one-time).
  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  • You have not yet downloaded your HD headshots (downloading constitutes acceptance of the delivered digital content).
  • Your request includes at least one of the following reasons: (a) a technical issue prevented you from accessing or downloading your headshots; (b) you are dissatisfied with the quality of the results; or (c) you did not receive at least 4 profile-worthy headshots.

3. When a Refund Is Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You have already downloaded your HD headshots. Downloading your high-definition images constitutes acceptance that the digital product has been delivered. This mirrors standard practice in digital content services.
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase date.
  • You are using the free trial. The free tier involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Your free watermarked previews can be regenerated at any time within your account.
  • We determine that the refund request is part of a pattern of abuse — for example, multiple accounts used to exploit the refund policy, or multiple refund requests across orders.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@snapsuited.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day and to process approved refunds within 2 business days of approval.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Processing times are as follows:

  • Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: typically 3–5 business days.
  • Stripe Link: typically 3–5 business days.

6. EU Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However, Article 16(m) of the Directive provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered and whose supply has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase on SnapSuited and requesting immediate delivery of your AI headshots, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Notwithstanding the above, SnapSuited's own 14-day money-back guarantee (described in Section 1) applies under the conditions set out in this policy, and may in some cases exceed your statutory rights.

7. Quality Guarantee Specifics

We stand behind the quality of our AI headshot service. If your generated headshots do not include at least 4 images that you consider suitable for professional use (e.g. LinkedIn profile, business website, email signature), we will issue a full refund.

This quality guarantee applies even if you have already downloaded your HD images. To claim under the quality guarantee, contact support@snapsuited.com within 14 days of purchase, describe the quality concern, and include your order number. We may ask you to share examples to help us improve our service, though this is not a condition of the refund.

We define "profile-worthy" as a headshot with: (a) your face clearly visible and in focus; (b) appropriate professional framing; and (c) no significant AI artefacts that render the image unusable.
